Description

The Vollrath SO2-20814.5 is an electric, forced convection, countertop conveyor sandwich oven designed for efficient, repeatable results in compact spaces. Its single 14-1/2 inch wide conveyor and 1-1/2 to 3 inch product clearance handle a range of sandwich builds and finishes. Operators can fine-tune output with variable speed control and independent top and bottom heat control, while quartz heaters provide responsive heating. Extended conveyor sections at the front and rear streamline loading and landing, and an uploading tray is included to support orderly workflow. Built with stainless steel and aluminum, this unit measures 40-7/8 inches W x 20-5/8 inches D x 12-1/2 inches H. Power requirements are 208v/60/1-ph, 3.6kW, 17.3 amps with a NEMA 6-30P plug.
