Programmable computer controls let operators store precise temperatures and countdowns for menu items, reducing guesswork between shifts. The built-in filtration system circulates oil via a 5.5 GPM roller pump driven by a 1/3 HP motor, enabling frequent, fast polishing without pulling staff off the line. Cleaner oil helps deliver crisp texture and consistent color.
For smooth workflow, the bank includes a drain station and cabinet, plus a food warmer, dump pan, joiner strips, and a filter starter kit to speed setup. Stainless steel frypots, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet simplify cleaning and stand up to daily use. Casters help you position the system for optimal hood coverage.
