The InSinkErator CC101K-8 is a CC-101 control center designed as a reliable disposer control panel for high-volume kitchens. It manages SS-50 to SS-1000 disposers with start/stop push buttons and automatic reverse to help clear blockages and keep service moving.
Housed in a NEMA 4 stainless steel enclosure, it stands up to splash zones and routine washdowns around pot sinks and dishrooms. The 380–460V, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase rating integrates with commercial electrical service for consistent performance.
Deploy it to centralize disposer control at prep stations, waste sorting lines, or back-of-house scrapping areas. The unit is cULus listed and replaces model CC101K-4, supporting straightforward upgrades across multi-unit operations.
